Depending on how you interact with DZINEKART, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, order details, product preferences, customization requirements, communication history and business or GST information when needed for invoicing.

For customized furniture and interior enquiries, we may also collect dimensions, preferred materials, colours, patterns, finishes, fabric preferences, reference photographs, interior requirements and delivery location details.

We use customer information to prepare quotations and invoices, process orders, manage custom or made-to-order furniture requests, arrange shipping, communicate about enquiries, provide customer support, handle payments, review claims and improve our products and services.

Where appropriate and permitted, DZINEKART may send updates about new collections, product launches, offers, furniture and decor updates, customization services and relevant brand communication. Customers may opt out of promotional communication.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or financial service providers. DZINEKART does not intend to directly store full debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, internet banking password or similar sensitive authentication credentials.

We may share only necessary information with trusted parties such as payment providers, banks, courier and logistics partners, delivery teams, technology providers, professional advisers, accountants, auditors and authorities where legally required.

DZINEKART takes reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may retain information as long as reasonably required for orders, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Customers may request correction, updating, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable law allows.

DZINEKART is a brand owned and operated by Jodhpur Dimensions. The terms DZINEKART, we, us and our refer to Jodhpur Dimensions operating under the DZINEKART brand name.
