Use coasters and mats to protect surfaces from heat, spills and scratches. Clean spills immediately and handle handcrafted surfaces with care.

Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, prolonged humidity and unnecessary exposure to water or heat sources. Natural materials may respond to climate, light and regular use over time.

Large or fragile pieces should be moved carefully. Customers should ensure suitable access through entrances, doors, lifts, staircases, corridors and other delivery points.

Subtle variations in colour, pattern, texture, finish and detailing are natural in handmade products and make each piece unique.

These variations, along with natural material characteristics, are not manufacturing defects.
